This form is intended to provide the Simcoe Heritage Music Festival with as much information about you/your group as possible, so that it is on file if we are interested in having you perform. By filling out this form, you acknowledge that this is only an Application to Perform at the 2024 Simcoe Heritage Friendship Festival and this does not guarantee you a spot in the lineup.  If The Festival is interested in learning more about you, you will be contacted no later than May 1, 2024.  Be prepared: We will require hi-resolution photos and a full bio from you if/when you are booked.  *
