Please indicate as many volunteer preferences you are willing to help with (check all that apply) *

Set-up -come a day early and assist with the show set-up (Requires standing, walking, carrying objects and possibly climbing step ladders)

Admission Ticket Sales - Selling admission tickets to visitors (Requires some standing and comfort with handling money and credit card transactions)

Registration Desk - Assist the Registrar with checking people in and selling onsite lectures (Requires comfort with using computers and /or handling credit card and cash transactions)

Admission Doors - Collect tickets at door to show hall (Requires extended periods of standing)

Bag Check - Collect checked items and give claim ticket, return checked items to visitor

Workshop or Lecture Angel - Take attendance, collect kit fee(if applicable), assist Teacher/Lecturer as needed. This is a full day volunteer position.

Sell National Juried Show Catalogs (Requires comfort with handling cash sales. This is a seated position)

Assist the Volunteer Team Lead at the Volunteer check-in desk- Check in other volunteers, give information to volunteers

Quilt Show Host - White glove in NJS and Concurrent quilt shows (Requires standing and/or walking for an extended period of time)

Information - Provide information and directions to visitors

Merchant Mall assistant - Assist Conference Coordinator with helping vendors (Requires walking and standing for extended periods)

Tear Down - Stay a few hours after the show to help pack it up (Requires walking, carrying objects, and possibly climbing step ladders)
