Saint Louis University Dermatology Shadow Request
This form is intended for SLU Undergraduate Medical Students participating in the Pre-Med Scholars program AND have already been approved to shadow by their office. If you have NOT yet been approved to shadow, please contact Sam Andrews (sam.andrews@health.slu.edu). If you are NOT a SLU Undergraduate student enrolled in the Pre-Med scholars program, you must contact SLUCare and SSM to see if you can participate in shadowing. As of now, that program is suspended.

Keep in mind that our Dermatology Department is relatively small and though we try to accommodate as many rotators as possible, priority are given to Medical Students and Residents. We will respond to requests when we have availability.
