Hi,

We understand that many university students struggle with their mental health and often find it difficult to get the support they need. We know that psychotherapy is quite expensive for students, so we'd like to offer some subsidized therapy sessions with mental health professionals to students who are interested. If you would be interested, please let us know by filling out the form below.

Would you be open to peer therapy from a practicum student? *

Peer therapy is when a psychotherapy practicum student, a graduate who is working as a mental health professional but is not yet a registered psychotherapist, provides counselling and therapy services. They are qualified to conduct psychotherapy but do not provide counselling for intense mental health crises. If you are looking for therapy and are NOT facing severe mental health concerns that require intense support, a practicum student working for a psychotherapy clinic would certainly be able to provide you the support you would need.
