Winter Residential Retreat 2024
The Alberta Insight Meditation Centre is pleased to inform the organizing of its residential retreat from February 16th to 19th, 2024 at the Westlock Meditation Centre, Westlock, Alberta. The retreat will be based on “Establishing Mindfulness with four Brahma Viharas” followed by original discourses on the Buddha. Bhante Suseela and Bhante Nanda will lead the group. Please note that the location and duration of the retreat have been changed this time and to cover the added cost, a retreat fee of $400 per person will be charged.
