You are requested to give consent to participate in the study regarding “Survey of Attitude & Anxiety Towards Statistics”. The survey form also asks your permission to use related observations, discussion, recording or posts as data in this study.

Participation in this survey is voluntary. There will not be any negative consequences for non-participation or withdrawal from the study at any point of time even after giving informed consent.

The researcher will maintain the anonymity and confidentiality of the research records or data as per the "Personal Data Protection Bill, 2019".
