THIS YEAR:
- Option to pay with Zelle. If your bank's app or website lets you send money with Zelle, you can send your payment to CUBS electronically. You'll see that option as you register here. To check if your bank has Zelle, go to zellepay.com.
- CUBS fees for this year are $975, payable in 3 installments.
1. You should first register on the RAGBRAI site.
- www.ragbrai.com
- Register as a group rider with CUBS, not as an individual rider.
- Pay RAGBRAI directly for your registration and for optional RAGBRAI merchandise.
- Do these tasks before continuing with this form to ride with CUBS.
2. Each CUBS rider must then complete this form.
- If you and your spouse, for example, are riding together, you will each need to submit separate registrations to CUBS.
- This form will ask for basic name, address and contact information; emergency contact information; and your jersey size.
- You will be asked to sign a waiver and release of liability.
- All information you provide will be held in strict confidence, except that your email address may be visible to other CUBS riders in email messages.
- If your address and phone number are outside the U.S., contact Brad Prendergast at beeves@juno.com. You won't be able to use this form.
3. Documents
- Take a clear photo (or scan) of your driver's license, automobile insurance card and medical insurance card(s).
- Try to get all documents in one image/page.
- You will be prompted below to e-mail the image to CUBS. (Tip: The iPhone's Notes app scans documents; look for the camera icon in the app.)
4. Payment
- This form will ask whether you want to pay CUBS electronically using Zelle or mail a check.
- You can pay in up to three installments.
- Payment amounts and deadlines are on the Payment Voucher you will print during this registration process.
5. Confirmation
- After submitting this form, you will receive a copy of your responses at the email address provided. If you do not receive a copy of your responses, your registration with CUBS may be incomplete.
