To our amazing Driftless MTB community: THANK YOU for another great year together on bikes! We are seeking your feedback and reflections so we can continue to improve our programs and positively impact all student athletes on our teams.
This survey is for families/parents, student athletes, AND coaches.
If you are a parent, we ask that you please share this information with your student athlete. You may send them the same survey link (https://forms.gle/eVJvPLUaKUFbpSbs9) to complete their own reflection.
If you are a parent and a coach, please feel free to complete BOTH the parent and coach survey options; you may submit more than one response.
The survey should take no longer than 5 minutes to complete, but your time/feedback will provide our board, head coaches, and team directors with valuable data that we can use to continuously improve our programs for our community! (NOTE: Coaches, your survey may take slightly longer!)
You may complete the survey anonymously, but you may also opt to provide your contact info for a chance to win a randomly-selected SWAG PRIZE for your participation! We will pick a coach, a family member, and a student athlete winner; winners will be contacted by the end of the month.
Please note: this survey is separate from the NICA-issued survey for the Aspen Institute/Project Play. The results from this survey go directly to our team directors, board members, and head coaches.
