Ross County Christian Academy has a special education department; however, the school only has the staff and facilities to meet the needs of students with specific learning issues. RCCA legally can decline to admit any student if the school cannot meet the needs of that student. Please indicate which of the following is true concerning your child's special education needs. Failure to provide accurate and true information may result in your child's expulsion from Ross County Christian Academy.

Please check which of the following are true concerning your child: *

1. My child was assessed for special services but did not qualify.

2. My child had an Individualized Education Plan (IEP) or 504 Plan at one time, but eventually progressed to the point where it was no longer necessary.

3. My child has an IEP or 504 Plan in place at this time. (You must provide a copy of the IEP/504 Plan to the special education team as the first step in the admission process)

4. My child does not now nor has he/she ever had an IEP or 504 Plan. They have never been referred to a special education department at any school for assessment.
