How owning a business works:

You Will first be contacted about your acceptance or denial. You will have to pay a fee of $2500 In game for a business licence and Government fees. (This does not include the MONTHLY bills you will pay)

You then MAY have to buy the building, this works by contacting a Real Estate Agent in the city and if needed a  Loans employee.

Once you have this sorted, you can contact the government by opening a ticket to have things like your pay, jobs, items, door locks etc to be implemented into the city.

Once this is all set, you are all good!

Failure to pay your loan or taxes means your business can be revoked and you will be sued (in game) and your building will be taken away either by the loan company or the government. (We do allow illegal side of the business and also tax evasion but just don't get caught!)
