The Forest City Youth Film Festival has partnered with Composers to offer music tracks that can be used by student filmmakers for entry into the Music Video category of the competition. Please fill out the following form to request a song from our library.

I, the FILMMAKER, agree that the requested song can only be used for productions entered into the Music Video category of the Forest City Youth Film Festival. If I, the FILMMAKER, become a Finalist in the festival, I agree to sign a release form with the Composer prior to the film being screened. I agree that the final music video production cannot be uploaded to the web or made public for any other purposes without explicit written consent from the Composer. If I, the FILMMAKER, request to enter the music video production into other festivals or to make the music video publicly available, I must obtain explicit written consent from the Composer. *
