EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
One of the following:
- Kettlebell Certification LEVEL 1 of any existing kettlebell organization;
- 6 hours Workshop of any existing kettlebell organization;
- Valid Kettlebell Sport Rank 3 of any kettlebell organization for any kettlebell exercise (LC, Jerk, Snatch, DHS, OALC, OAJ)
CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
-Theoretical Test:
30 questions based on the course materials, 70% PASS rate, THREE attempts allowed within one week after the course.
- Practical Test:
Lifting performance equal or exceeding the IKO Sport Rank 1 for any kettlebell sport exercise, any kettlebell weigh you can find in IKO Sport Ranking Tables (10min, 5min, 10min Legends):
RECOMMENDED Sport clothing:
Upper body - T-shirts, Lower body - shirts, any sport shoes (no slippers or flip flops)
For Kettlebell Sport section weightlifting belts and wristbands are allowed and recommended.
Photography, Screen Shots, Video Recording (not longer than 5min clips) are allowed and welcome!
