Welcome to the Mindcamp Southwest 2020 "Submit a Session" form. Please fill out this form after you (and any co-presenters) have filled out the "Presenter Information" form.
NOTE: Even if you will be co-presenting a session, you and your partner(s) only need to submit ONE form per session idea.We do ask that you both complete the presenter form so we can list you both as presenters.

Session length preference
Most sessions will run 90 minutes but we do have a few, limited time slots for longer, double sessions that will run 180-minutes (i.e. two 90-minute sessions with a break in the middle). Please let us know which length feels best for you. We may reach out to discuss a different length so please be open to that! Thank you.

What do you need to make your session a success?
Please note: Mindcamp SW is a POWERPOINT FREE ZONE! Yahoo! Let's turn off the tech and turn on the face-to-face human interaction. ** This means that there will be no A/V available, no projectors or screens or speakers. You will need to think about how to deliver your session in a new/old fashioned way! **. Each session will receive a basic workshop supply kit that includes flip charts (and stands), markers, tape, sticky notes, pens, etc. If you require specific materials or supplies, please list them here. If you aren't sure yet, that's okay. We will follow up with all presenters as the event gets closer to find out what you need.
