Thanks for taking interest in my commissions !! A simple (single color/gradient) background is free of charge; check my website for the fees for an additional character or detailed background.
Wait times are around 3-5 weeks at most; except for character pages, which can take up to 4 months. I am always working on getting faster, and will update when I make progress on this. Due dates on my queue are tentative due to my life being in upheaval at the moment. I will update when this is no longer the case, too.

1. I take payment up front! Refunds are available until I send a WIP. I will always send a WIP for the client's approval, and I'm willing to make as many changes and edits as the client desires. However, for an excessive number of changes (20+), there will be a fee. Must be 18 or older to order a commission, as I use paypal invoices.

2. I reserve the right to turn down a commission request for any reason. I do not do business with "altfurry", Nazi furs or any other far-right groups.

3. If elements of a character's design contain cultural stereotypes, or are otherwise disrespectful to or misrepresent other cultures, I may ask for a character change. As an artist, the responsibility falls on me to avoid accidentally causing harm with my work.

4. Please ask about what other content I am willing to draw, if you're not sure! This account (superneonbuck on Twitter) only posts SFW art; NSFW options will become available when I can find a way to take payments for them without breaking any kind of TOS.
