This is the registration form for the 2024 Rotary Club of Chilliwack Fraser Annual Swing into Spring Golf Tournament. Thank-you for signing up for this event, funds raised go towards amazing community projects. This form will collect the information required to register your party. There are a maximum of 4 participants per party. If you do NOT have a full group of 4 you will be paired up with another group.

- $100 KP on every hole
COST:
- $130 entry fee per person
- Includes green fee and buffet dinner
