I would LOVE if in a future podcast episode you could touch on the anxious attachment style, and how this can also lead to nervous system dysregulation or maybe explain how the two are tied together if they are? I just learned what anxious attachment is from my therapist after taking an assessment and learning I have that style. I also know for a fact I’m dysregulated and it to me seems like both of the two show signs that feed into each other. 😥
