*Why do we need all of you?*

We at Bringle UK and India believes that all of you are like the Avengers from the Film. You are what the world needs now to move forward.

In that sense, you shall take a stand as leaders, you will be the real heroes of the modern world.

You shall be the beacon of light that shines brightly to guide the lost individuals that are stranded.

Now, we would like to work together towards developing India a Self Sustainable Economy and a developed nation

And that's possible only by 3Es - Education, Employment & Entrepreneurship

Good *Education* will make the base for a stronger economy and making our children (52% of entire population) future ready

Making our *Youth* (18%-20% of entire population) *employable* and get them jobs which they really like and are able to bring in different perspectives

Mentoring and investing in startups and small businesses (95% of the total business ecosystem) will develop entrepreneurship culture in the country and will be able to generate more and more jobs if they are able to sustain, adapt and scale up their businesses from an idea to a Unicorn leading to Zero UnEmployment for our country

I would need all of you to share this message to all the Avengers you come across

As I always mention that we will need 100k+ Avengers to work towards this mission and they need Avengers to put their time, money and expertise so its definitely going to be one of the unique kind of initiative to transform an entire nation into a self sustainable economy focusing on Zero UnEmployment and $5T dollar economy
