Registration Details
Soccer Camp is June 3-6, 2024. Please fill out ONE FORM for EACH CHILD. The cost is $30 per participant. Please let us know if you have any questions or needs with this cost. Camp fees will go toward camp costs. Any leftover funds will be used for the Living Word youth fund to support our summer youth trips.

Payment is due by May 9, 2024. If you need some guidance with your registration, please contact our church office at 423-467-9673.

Once this registration is completed you will receive a confirmation. The only other paperwork will be a release form that each parent/guardian will sign in person the day of arrival. Thank you!
