IMS CRAFT SHOW HELP

ATTENTION IMS 7th & 8th GRADE PARENTS/GUARDIANS! We need your help!

IMS PTSO’s ANNUAL HOLIDAY CRAFT SHOW is SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 19, 9:00 – 3:00 in the IMS CAFETERIA

**Proceeds from this Craft Show benefit the BOLD/GOLD Programs, and 7th & 8th Grade End of Year Fun Days ** This Craft Show raises some of the funds necessary to pay for these programs for our sons and daughters, so we are asking for your help – in whatever way you can.

We are in need of parent and student volunteers and donations to make this Craft Show a successful event!

Please complete this form if you can help by donating your time, a gift card, a Gift Basket to raffle, or prepackaged snacks or soda.

PLEASE complete this FORM by **October 26th** and have any donations to the School Office no later than **Tuesday, November 15.**

I will donate a gift card (GE/Walmart/Shop n Save gift card to purchase food/snacks/soda. (Place gift card in an envelope marked “PTO Craft Show” and send into school)

CANS of Soda (Pepsi, Diet Pepsi, Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite)

I will donate PREPACKAGED individually wrapped Chips/ Pretzels/Cookies

I will make and donate my own Basket for the raffle.

I will VENMO the PTSO my donation @INDEPENDENCE-MIDDLESCHOOL
