Surrey Cricket Foundation Casual Coach Questionnaire
Surrey Cricket Foundation are looking for casual cricket coaches to join our casual coaching staff register and to help us deliver a variety of cricket activities across Surrey and South London. Surrey Cricket Foundation is the charitable arm of Surrey CCC. The Foundation looks after all recreational cricket in Surrey and South London, through cricket we bring people together, inspire individuals and improve lives. We also work in our local communities, running inclusion and social outreach projects to use cricket to drive social change.

These roles seek energetic and enthusiastic individuals who have a passion for supporting and developing the game. Our casual coaches need to be confident coaching individuals of different ages and skill levels.
Please note that due to the nature of these programmes, coaches are frequently required on weekends and evenings so it would be an ideal opportunity alongside your current job or educational requirements.

Casual coaches will be contacted with offers to work on the following programmes:
Pride of Lions: Our year-round Pride of Lions programme offers coaching to children in the school years reception to year 11 at venues across Surrey and South London. The core programme of two ten-week courses takes place on weekends from September to March across 8 venues and is supplemented with several courses run during school holidays.

Schools Cricket Competitions: Our competition programme runs year round, but most of these events take place during the summer months on weekdays at various cricket clubs across Surrey and South London.
Women & Girls Coaching: Our comprehensive women & girls programme provides numerous coaching opportunities. This is mainly assisting with competitions and festivals, with roles including umpiring and scoring. These events run year round, on weekdays and weekends.

Chance to Shine Street Cricket: Chance to Shine Street brings cricket to thousands of young people in urban areas. Sessions are run across South London, for both youth (8-15) and young adult (15-24) age groups.
Disability Specific Coaching: This coaching takes several of forms, and is for individuals with a variety of learning, physical, visual, and hearing impairments.
