Purpose:

We have discovered through our programs, services, and research, all of which have included Autistic adults' contributions in each step, that the autism evaluation process for adults is challenging:  in the process itself, the assessments, and the follow-up.  We have gathered feedback from the community that the assessment measures and provider knowledge of the assessments made people feel demeaned, infantilized, and disrespected.  Because of this, the purpose of this questionnaire is to ask for Autistic adults' opinions about these issues.  


Eligibility:

All participants need to be 18+ and have completed an ASD evaluation.


Compensation:

We will be offering the first 50 participants a $5 Amazon gift card.  All subsequent participants will be entered into a raffle to receive a gift TBD.


Information Sharing:

We will be including information we gathered in a blog on our website following completion.


Time to Complete:

It will take approximately 15-20 minutes to complete.

Participation is completely voluntary; you may opt out at any time and none of your answers will be recorded.
