Thank you for your willingness to participate in the Civic Engagement portion of our leadership program. Please read the important information below, and then complete the form.

Organizational Time Commitment

If accepted, the Executive Director of the partner organization agrees to the following:

• Attend a virtual training session on Tuesday, September 21, 2:30 – 3:00 p.m.

• Attend the Civic Engagement portion of the Leadership Arlington Program, held at Marymount University’s Ballston Center from 3:45 – 4:45 p.m. on each of the following dates:

Thursday, December 16, 2021
        Thursday, February 17, 2021
Thursday, March 17, 2022
Thursday, April 21, 2022

The Civic Engagement Projects for Leadership Arlington will be advisory in nature. Executive Directors will work with a group of 5-6 leaders in the following way:

• December Session:  Executive Directors will share the mission of their organization and the ways which community can be of support.
• February Session: Executive Directors will share the nature of a challenge which the organization faces and frame discussion questions for the scope of the Advisory Project.
• March Session: Executive Director facilitate discussion.
• April Session: Executive Director continues discussion and informs class on organization’s next steps.
