The Senior Capstone is a graduation requirement that allows students to engage in a personalized learning experience utilizing interdisciplinary skills and knowledge while investigating a chosen area of interest.
Each student is required to find a mentor who is an expert in the field or topic the student chooses for his or her project. Please complete this form if you would like to be included on our mentor list. In the event a student has difficulty finding a mentor, this list will be used to match seniors with a mentor.
Please note that mentors should meet the following criteria:
1) Be over 18 years old
2) Not be related to the student or student's family (by blood or marriage)
3) Must be a certified expert in a specific field OR be highly knowledgeable in the topic through significant experience, practice, or exposure.
4) Must be available to meet with the student as needed throughout the duration of the project.
5) Must be able to correspond with the student in a reliable & consistent manner throughout the duration of the Capstone Project.
