The Daily Tar Heel Remote Education Survey
The coronavirus pandemic has shifted the way of life for almost everyone in the state. One big way the local community has been impacted is by schools shifting towards remote schooling.

As of now, Chapel Hill-Carrboro City Schools will be starting the fall with nine weeks of fully remote instruction, and Orange County Schools will start the fall with four weeks of fully remote instruction.

We know that students, parents and teachers who are adjusting to online schooling have stories to tell. And we want to help you tell them.

Whether you’re a parent struggling to balance working at home and making sure your children stay on task, a teacher exhausted from the stress of teaching remotely or a student navigating remote learning, we want to hear your stories.

We’ve created an online survey where you’ll be able to share your experiences with us. We want to hear the good, the bad and everything in between.

We won’t quote you unless a reporter contacts you for an interview.
