Class and Private Coaching Requests

Interested in one of our classes? Please submit a request using the following form. Our classes are in high demand so it may be some time before a session becomes available. Completing a form does not guarantee a class will become available.

Private coaching requests can also be submitted using this form.

If you are interested in multiple classes or would like to train with multiple dogs, please fill out one form per dog per class. After you submit each form you can click "Submit another response" to bring you back to the start of the form.

If a class becomes available you will be contacted by email. To maintain your spot on the waitlist, please respond even if you are unable to make the session.
