Totus Tuus Registration 2022
Totus Tuus will be held on the Sacred Heart Campus in Jeffersonville beginning on June 12, 2022 and ending on June 17, 2022. The group leader is Veronica Prechtel (812-284-3324).

Totus Tuus Program: Totus Tuus for grades 1-6 meets on Monday-Friday (June 13th-17th) from 9am-2:30pm for classes, skits, lunch and recess. Totus Tuus for grades 7-12 meets on Sunday-Thursday (June 12th-16th) from 7pm-9pm for classes, games, snacks, and activities in the Church.

The registration fee is $20 per child. After Care is available from 2:30pm-5:30pm, Monday-Thursday, for a fee of $10 per child/per day.
**Lunch is not provided. Students will need to bring a packed lunch each day.** Snacks will be made available throughout each day.

Please complete this form as completely as possible. You will need to complete 1 form for each child you want to register. We will contact you directly to coordinate collection of fees and send you other required paperwork (emergency contact form & medical release, etc.).
