If you apply, please make sure you can fulfill the requirements for the hunt. Apps close October 15th or when full and all hunt items sent out that day.
You are required to rez a poster at your store, rez the hunt prim and fill it with your boxed gift before the hunt starts. We will not track you down-you will be sent 1 note card on Nov. 1st asking for corrections and given 48 hours to fix things before hunt removal. If you have any issues, please don't hesitate to contact us at any time. You will receive an acceptance note card and sent a group invite upon acceptance. Everything else will go out Oct. 15th.
**Please note, when you receive the hunt poster, it will show the B!BH9 (Boo! Bunny) It will change on Nov. 1st for the Jerky Turkey via our kiosk system. You don't have the incorrect poster, we just have back-to-back hunts.** This will happen as well for the Grumpy Santa hunt in December.
YOU MUST SUPPLY A HINT- See hint giver is fine, just make sure you use your hint giver and actually put a hint in it. Stores without hints 48 hours after start will be removed. The hint submission information will be in your designer pack. We do put photos of hint prizes with your store listing on the blog. We encourage this as it has increased our hunt traffic, but it is not required.

No mall stores unless the landing point is at your door-it's too hard for hunters to search around for your store.
TIMELINE
Oct. 15th-deadline for applications
Oct. 15th-final vendor box will be out no later than this day ( we will send out NCs on acceptance so you can start making your gift)
Nov. 1- all prims must be rezzed at your hiding spot and hint turned in.
Nov. 2- prim must be filled with your gift and ready to go.
SPONSOR
Store #1 will be Grumble and sponsors will have spots 2-16. Sponsor cost is $300L. Sponsors will be listed on promotional material, at the starting point, blog, and website. Sponsors will be listed on blog with social media info provided by store owner. Sponsors are on front page of blog, on a poster at the landing point and on the sponsor page online. Sponsors listed on about hunt info NC.
DECOYS
You won't need them-the feather will rename themselves random names from items around them so they can not be area searched.
MISCELLANEOUS
We will include a hint giver -this item is not required, just included if you would like to use it.

Sponsor fees are non-refundable in case you can not participate at the last minute. If you are removed from a hunt, you will not be invited back to the next unless you contact us and at least let us know the issue. We understand RL happens, just keep us updated.
