Please fill out this form with the plans you have to participate in the Big Kansas Road Trip, May 4-7 in Jewell, Republic & Smith counties. The information will be compiled and used in the print color guide and website. NOTE: Business listings are limited to those offering some kind of BKRT special such as discounts or giveaways to BKRT visitors such as refreshments, a raffle prize, etc.

THE DEADLINE TO SUBMIT INFORMATION FOR THE BKRT COLOR GUIDE IS FEBRUARY 1, 2023

After this date, registration form information will be added to the BKRT website until April 15, 2023, but will not be included in the print color guide.

DESCRIPTION - Attractions/Business/Event

NOTE: Business listings will only be included if 1) they are tourism related and offer a shopping experience such as a locally owned boutique, mercantile, gift shop, etc. and offer BKRT visitors some kind of special such as discounts, giveaways, refreshments, etc. or 2) a business who doesn't fit the previous criteria but could offer a short tour (no more than 30 minutes) focusing on something unique they provide.

HOURS - Attractions/Business/Event (event does not have to occur daily but must fall between the dates of May 4-7, 2023) *

If this event is a tour, how long will the tour last? (Keep in mind that BKRT visitors will be busy trying to attend many events/attractions. Length of tour should not be more than 45 minutes if possible with 30 minutes being the preferred length.)
