Big Latch On 2019 Vendor Request Form
Thank you for your interest in being a vendor at Big Latch On 2019! This year all of our vendors will be geared towards families and children. Registration is free, donations are accepted. Vendors must supply their own table and tents (optional). More details provided during confirmation.

Please complete the form below to request to setup as a vendor. Once we receive your request a member from the B.R.E.A.S.T. Roanoke Board of Directors will contact you to approve and confirm registration. Filling out this form does not guarantee approval.

All vendors participating in The Big Latch On must be WHO Code compliant. The International Code of Marketing of Breast-Milk Substitutes is a set of recommendations created by theWorld Health Organization (WHO) designed to regulate the marketing of breast-milksubstitutes, feeding bottles, and teats. If your product does not meet these commendations,you will not be allowed to participate in The Big Latch On per The Global Big Latch On’s requirements. If you have questions about if your company or product meets these recommendations, please contact a B.R.E.A.S.T. Roanoke Board of Directors member to assist.
