Simply the Basics - Product Donation Form
We are focusing 100% of our efforts on hygiene care to help prevent the spread of COVID-19, particularly for those members of the community that are unable to "shelter at home" or have access to regular hand-washing. Our distribution has been modified to prioritize those living outside without access to hand-washing, the homeless outreach workers, and shelters/housing programs.

Access to products is limited, if you have access to sanitizing products please help us get them to people in need!
