Schedule
Weigh In: Friday, December 9th from 9am-8pm (all day) at Torque Barbell.

Mandatory Athlete Meeting: Saturday December 10th at 8am.

Competition Starts: Saturday, December 10th at 9am at Torque Barbell.

Combo rack. No monolift.

Awards and Records
Cash prizes for Best lifter men & women, both tested and untested (4 cash prizes).

Trophies and medals for divisions with 2 or more lifters.

Lifts and records will be recorded and submitted to World Raw Powerlifting Federation (WRPF). Please check Open Powerlifting for records and results.

Rules
-All lifters must be present for the rules/athlete meeting 8am!

-One-piece legal lifting singlet MUST be worn. All equipment must be within WRPF specifications. Equipment check will be completed at weigh-ins. All WRPF rules apply. Please review the Rulebook for equipment details: https://www.thewrpf.com

-Lifters must have a WRPF membership to compete. After registering please email to purchase: wrpf.federation.ca@gmail.com.

-Lifters late to the competition or who miss weigh-ins will be disqualified.
