San Andreas Fire Department Application
This is the Official San Andreas Fire Department Application for Employment. This application is for the position of Cadet Firefighter as a part of the Los Santos County Fire Department.

Please be sure to answer every question within this application with as MUCH detail as possible and in the most professional way possible. We ask that you use this application as a real job application as that is what you will be Role-playing. All questions are to be answered with complete honesty, professionalism, and to the very best of you ability.

In order to become a full-time Firefighter with the San Andreas County Fire Department, you will need to have your application accepted, pass your interview, attend and pass your Basic and Fire Training, and pass your On Job Training (OJT) section of your Probationary Period. If you are to successfully pass the aforementioned sections, you will become an official full-time Firefighter. Upon receiving full-time status, you will be trained further to expand your knowledge of firefighting and emergency medical services.

Becoming a Whitelisted Firefighter on Independence Role Playing Community comes with a greater responsibility than being a civilian. As a Whitelisted Firefighter, you will be required to follow Standard Operating Procedures, Department Policies, and Server Rules specific to being a Whitelisted Firefighter. If High Command, Supervisory Command, Staff Members, and/or other department members feels as if you are violating any of the aforementioned, you will be subject to immediate disciplinary actions.

If your application is accepted by a Supervisor of the San Andreas Fire Department, you will move onto the interview section of the hiring process. Keep in mind that the acceptance of your application DOES NOT guarantee employment with the SAFD! You are also not permitted to be within another department or Staff at the time of your application. If so, you MUST request a transfer from your department. A 30-day waiting period is required for those who have had there application denied, been fired from a department, or have resigned from a department

- If you are claiming to have actual Firefighter or EMS experience, verification may be asked from you during your interview.

PLEASE ALLOW 4-5 BUSINESS DAYS FOR YOUR APPLICATION TO BE RECIEVED AND PROCESSED! YOU WILL RECEIVE A LETTER OF ACCEPTENCE OR DENIAL FROM THE DEPARTMENT WHEN YOUR APPLICATION IS PROCESSED!
