All vendors will ONLY sell vegan products

Food or Drink vendors agree to donate at least 1 item per event for promotional purposes to event staff

Vendor will conduct business in a professional, courteous and ethical manner and without regard to race, religion, national origin, sex, gender, age, disability, veteran status or political affiliation

Violation of state and local ordinances may result in termination of vendor booth.

Orlando Bearded Vegan shall be held harmless from all claims, liability, damages, loss, costs, attorney fees and expenses of whatever kind or nature which might result from or arise out of any action or failure to act of the applicant.

Orlando Bearded Vegan shall in no way be held liable for loss of income or expenses in the event that due to reasons beyond their control, the event is cancelled. Should such cancellation occur, Vegan outlet will credit to the vender the amount of the booth fee.

Vendor will forfeit their payment if they cancel, leave early or are a no-show to the Event

Vendor shall make payment at least two weeks prior to event dates to secure vendor space

Vendor has read and understood the rules and regulations of the event and will be able to comply with all the rules and regulations described
