Heads Together Wellbeing Survey
Ahead of our session during the Doctoral College's 2021 Wellbeing Fortnight, we want to gather some insights from the Loughborough PGR community regarding your general feelings/thoughts/concerns around PGR wellbeing. We'll use these insights to help inform the discussion during our wellbeing session, to make sure we're addressing the issues that matter to you most.

Any information you provide in this survey will be anonymous. We do not expect you to provide any specific details of wellbeing issues you might currently be facing and would direct you to the wellbeing advisors in your school as a first point of contact for addressing any particular concerns you might have (details can be found here: https://www.lboro.ac.uk/services/cds/wellbeing/wellbeing-advisers/meet-your-wellbeing-advisers/).

We have consulted with the university's Ethics Committee who have confirmed that this survey does not require an ethics review because it will only be used for operational purposes.

We appreciate your support of Heads Together and want to thank you for taking the time to complete this short survey, which should take 5-10 minutes maximum.
