Warriors Against Chordoma Golf Tournament in Memory of Chuck Mainey
The Warriors Against Chordoma Golf Tournament was established in 2019 to honor the memory of a courageous fighter, husband, friend, brother, and son—Chuck Mainey. The tournament supports the Chordoma Foundation's research for a cure for this one in a million, rare form of cancer.
The 2nd Annual Warriors Against Chordoma golf tournament will be held at Teravista Golf Club in Round Rock, Texas, on Friday, April 22, 2022. Registration will be 11:30 am – 1:00 pm with a shotgun start at 1:00 pm in a four-person scramble format. The cost per player will be $125.00 and $500.00 for a foursome. Fees will include greens fees, cart, practice balls, 2 drink tickets, and a box lunch. There will be an Awards Ceremony with raffle winners announced immediately following.
Prizes will be given for:
-1st, 2nd, & 3rd Place Teams
- Closest to the Pin
- Longest Drive
- Mulligan Ball Prizes
Available for purchase at the event:
- Raffle tickets
- Individual Mulligans available for $10 each
- 2 ft lengths of rope available for $10 each
- Mulligan Balls will be available for $100 each. (What is a mulligan ball? One ball per team which may be used only one time on each hole. If the mulligan ball is lost due to water hazard, OB, etc., it is lost for the rest of the tournament. Turn in your team's mulligan ball at the end of the tournament for a prize drawing.)
Silent Auction Items will include signed shirts by Gary Sinise (philanthropist and actor most known as Lt. Dan from Forrest Gump) and JJ Redick (former Duke player who played 15 years in the NBA).
