Colony Swim Club - Party Request Form 2023
MEMBER PARTY RULES & GUIDELINES:  
Upon approval, $100 rental fee and $100 deposit check (separate checks/$) can be dropped off with a manager on duty during regular business hours and should be submitted within 24 hours of approval of the party.  COSTS & Charges for 2023 are being reviewed at the May 17th board meeting.

Once we are open for the season, rental deposit and fee can be dropped off with a manager on duty during regular business hours and should be submitted within 24 hours of approval of party.

Rental includes four 6’ picnic tables for up to 3 hrs.
      GUESTS:  
Members may bring up to 20 guests (non-members) Fri - Sun
Members may bring up to 25 guests (non-members) Mon - Thur
Guests are subject to the appropriate guest fee in place at the time of your party.
Guests for parties will be provided with color coded wristbands.
Party hosts will also be required to wear a wristband for easy identification with party.
Party cancellations must be made in writing to terry@colonyswimclub.com 48 hrs. prior to the start of the party in order to receive a refund.
Deposit will be returned upon satisfactory inspection of the site within 48 hrs. of the conclusion of the party.
Parties will be welcome based on availability and approval of pool management, excluding holidays.
Party request forms should be submitted at least one week before the party is scheduled.
Party guest list MUST be submitted prior to event start (preferably 24 hrs).

Party times can be scheduled for these ~3 hour time blocks.  You must have cleaned and vacated the area by the end time in order to get your $100 deposit back.  
There are TWO areas for each time block:  AREA 1 and AREA 2  --CHECK the COLONY CALENDAR of EVENTS to make sure your date and time are available.

 All pool rules and regulations apply to both CSC members and their guests. CSC members are responsible for their guests' actions.
For every 10 children under the age of 15 one chaperone will be required (including siblings of attendees). The adult chaperones will help to monitor good behavior and safety rules in the pool area, playground and locker room facilities.
Food and drink (except water) must be kept in the picnic areas.
All posted rules on the diving board, snack bar and playground equipment will be enforced. Failure to do so may result in expulsion from the premises.
         MEMBER RESPONSIBILITIES
Request permission from the pool management by completing and submitting Private Party Request Form.
Members pay outstanding guest fees at the end of their party time or have guests pay as they arrive.
Review and familiarize your guests with the Club rules and regulations.
Party area, grills and utensils used should be cleaned and all trash placed in a trash can or trash bag.
Member hosting will be charged if additional cleaning is required by Club staff.

REMEMBER:
►NO GLASS CONTAINERS OF ANY KIND ARE ALLOWED ON THE PREMISES (jars, bottles, serving dishes, etc.).  COOLERS ARE SUBJECT TO INSPECTION BY THE STAFF.
►NO SMOKING OR VAPING.
►YOU MAY REQUEST ICE FROM SNACK BAR.
►NO FLOTATION DEVICES OR SWIMMING AIDS ARE ALLOWED IN THE MAIN POOL.
►CHILDREN MUST BE TOILET TRAINED TO USE THE MAIN POOL.
►CHILDREN WHO ARE NOT TOILET TRAINED MUST WEAR A DIAPER AND RUBBER PANTS AT ALL TIMES IN THE CHILDREN’S POOL.
