Our friend Rick Fredericks passed on to the next chapter in his journey on December 19 after a long and courageous battle navigating ALS.

Rick was special, a wonderful thought partner and friend. He was grateful for his engagement with each of us and we are eternally grateful for his engagement with us.

We are assembling a booklet with individual tributes to Rick and are writing to invite all who are so moved to contribute, whether it be a lesson you learned, a story you want to share or a gratitude or two you want to pass along. We’ll share this with his wife Allison and his children as a way for them to recognize how he touched people in so many ways when they celebrate his life in January.
