You will use this form to choose your classes for next year. Talk with your family to help you make your decisions. Consider your performance in middle school to help you decide whether to take academic or advanced-level classes. If you believe you can make an A or a B in a subject, it's best to take the advanced-level class. Remember, Eastwood classes are likely harder than classes at your middle school and involve doing work outside of class. Advanced-level classes will require more work, but you earn more points for your GPA, if you do well.

 You will only be allowed to submit this form once. We will try our best to give you the courses you choose, but sometimes scheduling conflicts make that impossible. All students will take 1 English, 1 Math, 1 Science, 1 Social Studies, and 1 pathway class. Everyone takes 8 classes per year.

If you will not be a freshman next year, you will have an appointment with the counselor or vice principal to choose your classes.
