To be eligible for SomerVIP funds, tenants must be current Somerville residents leasing up Somerville units for the first time with a Section 8 or other mobile voucher (e.g., MRVP) issued by any housing authority. Lease-ups must be NEW lease-ups except in very limited circumstances. If you are applying to lease up in your current unit with a Section 8 or other mobile voucher, please explain the circumstances.
