The Institute for Democracy and Economic Affairs (IDEAS) is a non-profit research institute based in Malaysia dedicated to promoting solutions to public policy changes. IDEAS aims to advance market-based principles and not bound by party politics, race and region as well to improve the level of understanding and acceptance of public policies based on the principles of the rule of law, limited government, free markets and free individuals.

IDEAS will be hosting the first interactive session for AMEU Economics Summit 2020. Throughout the session, participants will be able to gain insights on the holistic view of trade strategies and policies and how they affect businesses.
