DTRH March Break Day Camp Registration Form
Hi! Welcome to Down The Rabbit Hole Theatre Company.

PLEASE READ THE INFORMATION CAREFULLY
Fill out entire form and submit below to register your child (one child per form please) for our March Break drama day camps on Tuesday March 15th and/or Thursday March 17th and our newly added Friday March 18th at The Sanctuary Centre for The Arts.

Parents are to supply their own lunch and two snacks (remember to be nut free) and bring a refillable water bottle.

We have a small number of spots available and can only accommodate a limited number of students per workshop. If the workshop becomes full we will update the form as needed.

Cost is $35 per child per day. You can make payment via e-transfer to downtherabbitholetheatreco@gmail.com once you have submitted your registration form. Once we have received your payment that will secure your place in the workshop. You will receive an email from us as a reminder about the workshop and any additional information needed by Friday March 11th

AFTER YOU SUBMIT:

You will receive a copy of your completed form to the email address you supply. This is a confirmation we received your entry.  If you need to make changes to the form, you can do so after submission through the link in your email.
