What are FBC KIDS virtual small groups?
Virtual small groups are small groups for kids that include weekly communication for the family (text, email, or call) to check-in and chat about the weekly lessons with kids. Bi-weekly drop offs of fun activities and/or snacks that your family enjoys may also occur (these activities would be different than the online suggested items)! Small Group Leaders will also be available to support and encourage parents in this season if you so choose.

First Baptist Church is collecting and retaining this personal information in order to enroll your child in our program and assign them to the appropriate group, develop and nurture relationships with you and your child, and inform you of upcoming opportunities and activities at our church.

I/We, the parents or guardians named upon this form, authorize the volunteers involved in the ‘FBC KIDS Virtual Small Groups’ to be in contact with my/our child(ren). I/We, the parents or guardians named above, undertake and agree to indemnify and hold blameless the ministry staff, First Baptist Church, its pastors and Board of Elders from and against any loss, damage, or injury suffered by the participant as a result of being part of the activities of First Baptist Church. This consent and authorization is effective only when participating in activities provided by First Baptist Church. I/We give permission to FBC to use media captured in sections of the ‘FBC KIDS Socially Distanced Small Groups’ up to and including mine or my child’s photo, recorded audio or video likeness or image, or artwork on material posted within FBC or Pleasantview Bible Camp, or on our websites, social media accounts, or any promotional material. I/We understand that submitting this form gives consent to FBC to utilize the information provided above in ways relevant to the purpose of my submission; to enter me/us in the FBC electronic database and add me/us to an applicable FBC email list(s).
