For Teams: Please use this form to submit any changes to your team leadership. Include the information for what the new leader's role will be and what systems/updates they need access to. Every team must have at least one HQ Liaison (HQL); these HQLs receive the twice-monthly HQL Update email newsletter from HQ. Every team who fundraises for their candidates should also have at least one leader who is also a Treasurer; these Treasurers have access to the team's ActBlue donation reports via Knack.

For Affiliates: Every Affiliate has at least one HQL, and these HQLs receive the same HQL Update as Team HQLs. Similarly, every Affiliate who fundraises for their candidates should also have at least one HQL who is also a Treasure, and these Treasurers have access to the affiliate's ActBlue donation reports via Knack.
