Hi there! Thanks for your interest in 1:1 Coaching and sharing a little more about where you're at and how coaching could be a fit for this next season.

The Onward + Upward Collective is a Christ-centered community for women navigating new beginnings, creating new routines, or chasing divine dreams offering the accountability, personalized support + encouragement they need to boldly pursue God's good plans. In addition to all the benefits of being in the Collective, women with 1:1 coaching support will work closely with Alicia through private 1:1 coaching sessions to cultivate an intentional, grace-filled path for change in this next season.

The Onward + Upward Collective and Coaching Support is about providing women with the practical tools required for the dramatic transformation they are looking for as they build connection with other supportive, caring women and grow in their faith.

Since the coaching aspect of the program is by application only, I look forward to reviewing what you share here and reaching out with next step information!

I have the time, energy and financial resources to invest in myself through coaching because overcoming this issue (and living my best life) is incredibly important to me.

It might be a challenge, but I have the ability to figure out the necessary financial resources to invest in myself through coaching because I am tired of living like this and know I need to change.

I understand that this application is confidential and I am only showing interest in the program at this time. In addition, I understand the difference between coaching and counseling (counseling helps participants deal with past issues while coaching helps participants craft a future outcome based on their passions, desires and talents) and therefore that Alicia Michelle or Vibrant Christian Coaching is not offering counseling services. I’m aware that Alicia will review my information and determine whether or not working together is the right fit based on my needs and interests. Should we choose to work together, I also understand any that results I get from any coaching services with Alicia will be directly related to my commitment to implement the goals/strategies we develop together during each session. *
