After School Activities Registration Form - TERM 3 - AY23/24

WELCOME! 

Please fill out this form if you are interested to enrol your child to any of our Arcadia After School Activities.

TERM 3 ASAS SCHEDULE:
Starting on the week of: 22/APRIL/2024
***Eid break: 17-18/June ( no lessons)***
Ending on the week of: 24/JUNE/2024
**No ASAs on the first & last week of classes
TOTAL LESSONS :
09 LESSONS for ASAs on MON/TUE
10 LESSONS for ASAs on WED/THU

* FS ASAs run from  14:15 - 15:15 - Parents pick up is at 15:15pm on the selected activity days. 
* KS ASAs run from 16:15 - 17:15 - Parents pick up is at 17:15pm on the selected activity days. 
Children are taken directly to their activities after normal school hours. 

Please fill out only 1 (one) form per child. Once completing this form, you can use the same link to start a new one. You will receive an automated response on your email if your form has been submitted successfully.
