This means no breeding rights will be offered and you will be legally tied to a contract stating that you will not breed the puppy, and you will spay/neuter the puppy you purchase from Katie's Corgis - VKM Farmstead- Very few circumstances will sway this decision unless you are a pre-approved breeder who has already spoken with me about this *
