Thanks for your interest in the Upward Bound Program! Please complete EITHER this online application OR a paper application (available at school from your school counselor). This application should take you about 30 minutes to complete, and you will need information from your parents about their income, education, and contact information. Once we receive your completed application, we will contact you and your family to follow up.
