ESM Headstart: 2024 Registration
Headstart introduces families to the Suzuki method for violin and cello instrument learning. For parents and children ages 3 to 7 years. 

Dates: June 1, 8, and 15, 2024 (Saturdays)
Time: 9:00-11:00 am
Location: PLAST Ukrainian Centre, 516 The Kingsway (at Kipling Ave.), Etobicoke

Fee: $218 (1st child);  $196 (10% discount 2nd child) - each child should be accompanied by an adult

Enrollment and Program Fee Payment
Program fee is $218 for first child, $196 for each additional child.

The Headstart class is subject to enrollment size, where a minimum number of students is needed for classes to run.

If the course needs to be canceled due to insufficient registration, you will receive a full refund.  No refunds will be granted after the start of the course. Refund requests earlier than 7 days prior to the start of the course will be granted in full, minus the $50 cancellation fee.

When the class is confirmed to run, an invoice for the class fee will be emailed to you.
Please wait to receive your invoice before making any payments to ESM.   Payment can be made via e-transfer to: finance@etobicokesuzukimusic.ca
ESM Media Waiver
Some Etobicoke Suzuki Music (ESM)  classes may be photographed and/or video recorded. These images may appear in ESM publications, on ESM’s website, and/or in other locations that may benefit ESM. Individuals will not be identified by name.
