Exclusive submissions:
Each presentation proposal may be submitted for only one strand division and may not be submitted multiple times. The CAG Presentation Review Panel will determine the division strand that best matches the presentation proposal.

Presentation Acceptance:
If accepted, your presentation could be scheduled anywhere from Saturday morning starting at 7:45 am to Sunday at 11:00 am. Please plan accordingly.

Registering for the Conference:
Submission of your presentation proposal does NOT enroll you as a CAG member or automatically register you for the conference itself. If your presentation proposal is accepted for presentation at the annual conference, you must then register for the conference as a speaker and pay the conference fee, which will be discounted 50%.
