This school year, the Fox Hill PTO is compiling an online student and family directory. This password-protected directory will be available in electronic form to all Fox Hill families. We plan to have the directory ready before Fall Break.
Each student’s personal information (address, phone number, name of parent or guardian, and email) will be listed in the directory as it is listed at the school office and in Skyward. However, each student’s parent or guardian may choose to OPT OUT of the directory, have some of that student’s personal information removed from the directory, or have their student’s information changed from the information in Skyward. Do not fill out this directory update form if you have no changes.
Please note: any information you submit on this form will not change your student's personal information in Skyward or the school office. It will only be used in the online Fox Hill directory.
Please submit change and opt-out requests NO LATER THAN SEPTEMBER 17, 2021. If the information is received later than September 17, we cannot guarantee the changes will be made. Questions:
